Recipe Notes

  1. I did not have sea salt and am not actually a huge salty/sweet person so I left this off and found them just as delicious. You can add if you like of course!

  2. I ended up using the zest of about two oranges (1 for in the zest that went in the dough and 1 for the topping). I would definitely recommend having some extra to top with as she recommends!

  3. I melted my chocolate in the microwave and added just a little pinch of coconut oil to smooth it out a bit.

  4. Chilling-I chilled overnight and it worked great! But like she says there is a range!

Low FODMAP Notes

  1. I used dark chocolate instead of semi sweet. :) Dark Chocolate is Low-FODMAP in 1.06 oz so You should be safe having a cookie or two day for sure unless you know that you are particularly sensitive.

  2. Oranges are Low-FODMAP so you should be good to go.
