Easy Low FODMAP Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

So you’ve run out of your favorite Fody foods Balsamic vinaigrette and they are sold out online right now! What to do?! Use this easy balsamic recipe for your salads! Healthy, tasty, and made with things that are mostly staples in a kitchen!!


This recipe is easy to make and full of flavor! I would highly recommend!

Ingredients:

Yield: Dressing for two salads

Time: 5 minutes


  • 1.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard.

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1.5 tablespoons of garlic infused olive oil

  • 1.5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Method

  1. Place all above ingredients in a bowl or container.

  2. Mix together thoroughly with whisk, fork. Etc. for about 1 minute straight.

Brands I used

  • Dijon Mustard- Koop's Dijon Mustard (no garlic or onion!!)

  • Garlic infused olive oil- Fody Foods

  • Balsamic Vinegar-Kroger Brand

Notes

  • Can be stored in fridge for up to a week.

  • Ingredients will separate so mixing again before each use is necessary
