Low FODMAP Ranch Dip

Love a good Dean's dip or Vegetable dip, but hate the uncomfortable stomach issues that follow? Enjoy game day, a casual get together, or just everyday dippin' with this easy and gut-friendly dip!

Ingredients and Method:

This one is measured by your taste (and heart!)

You want a dip-able but not soupy texture. I would say start with 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt. Start with a tablespoon of milk and add any more as needed later. Add in a spoonful or two of light mayo and dijon mustard. Then add the other ingredients to taste. Mix it all up! If it's too thick add a little more milk or lemon juice (based on your taste). If it's too thin add a bit more greek yogurt. If it needs more tang add in more dijon, seasoning, and lemon juice. But here's what you need in general:

  1. Lactose free greek yogurt (Fage is the best!)

  2. Lactose free milk (I think regular cow milk is best here, but you could use almond milk as well. I love Fairlife Skim)

  3. Light Mayo (or regular if you like!)

  4. Dijon Mustard (no onion or garlic or verrryyy low on ingredient list). I like Koops.

  5. Lemon Juice (fresh or bottled)

  6. Ranch Seasoning (Fody foods make the best low fodmap ranch seasoning).
