Cinnamon Swirl Cookies

A mini-Cinnamon Roll in cookie form!!

Notes:

1. Have a converter on hand for some converting calculations with grams.

2. You will need to work the dough together with your hands a bit. Also, I would recommend adding anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon of water to the dough if it looks too crumbly even after you work it together.

3. I used regular butter which worked just fine rather than vegan butter, though the original recipe does call for vegan butter.

Icing:

(my recipe)

• 1/2 cup powered/confectioners sugar

• 3 tbsps of almond milk

• drizzle of maple syrup

*Check for consistency of icing and you can adjust!
