Grab your favorite Low FODMAP wrap and get going!
Done with your same old-same old wrap? How about this sweet turkey wrap with a fun and delicious flavor combination. It only requires a few ingredients and will make your night so sweet.

This is a new combination of savory and sweet. With savory turkey slices and spinach, we can create a balance with the sweet jam and cheese. It all mixed together super well to create the prefect flavor pairing.
Ingredients:
Two-three slices of thin sliced deli turkey (up to you how many really)
Brie Cheese (amount up to you)
Jam or jelly
I would recommend jam over jelly
I would recommend a fig, raspberry, cranberry, or strawberry jelly as opposed to grape, blueberry, etc., but whatever you prefer.
Spinach
Low FODMAP wrap (GF, almond flour, egglife, etc.)
Optional: Add chopped walnuts
Directions:
Cut brie into thin slices. The amount is up to your preference.
Lay wrap flat onto a plate.
Add brie slices on top of the center of the wrap.
Place in microwave (30-40 seconds) or on pan on stovetop till softened/melted to your liking.
Spread jam or jelly in a thin layer (as much as you can with the melted brie) around the center of the wrap.
Lay turkey slices to cover brie and jam.
Add two handfuls of spinach.
If adding walnuts, sprinkle around on top of other ingredients.
Take the edge of the wrap closest to you and pull it over all added ingredients. Tuck middle of that edge under ingredients and pull back just slightly. Tuck edges of wrap in and roll up. Slice in half and use tooth picks to keep together if you like.
I paired my wrap with some green beans for a Low FODMAP source of fiber and protein! Pair with whatever vegetables or sides you like.
Try it out yourself!
